Dr. Foster, Academic Dean of Ontario Bible College, was the first Alumnus of the Year from OBC. He began teaching at London Bible College in 1961, was Interim President while merger plans were being laid, and was one of the key figures in combining the two colleges (Toronto and London). He graduated from University of Western Ontario (B.A.) and Grace Theological Seminary (B.D., Th.lVI., Th.D.). For seven years he was an instructor at the Baptist Bible Seminary before moving to London.
