Stacey was recruited from a corporate career in marketing to join Prison Fellowship Canada (PFC). As President and CEO of PFC, Stacey brought a biblical approach to transformation, justice, restoration and prevention based on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.
This ministry prepares and mobilizes the Canadian Christian community in response to the issue of crime and the restoration of offenders. The ministry grew under her leadership, engaging 600 volunteers and 400 church communities while expanding programs into more than 70 additional institutions across Canada. With this increased structure, PFC added more than 60,000 visits to prisoners per year across Canada.
Stacey went on to pursue a Doctor of Ministry in the area of Restorative Justice while preaching and teaching regularly on issues of forgiveness, reconciliation and biblical justice.
Over the years, she served as a board member on both the Ontario Prayer Breakfast, and the International Warden’s Exchange through Prison Fellowship USA.
