I can't commit to seminary.
Can I still grow my ministry skills?
I am already a seminary graduate.
How can I further develop practical skills in pastoral ministry and church leadership? How can I grow and develop my practical skills while serving in ministry?
I am an organizational leader.
What training programs are available to equip our leaders in ministry and leadership?
The Develop pathway is designed to help leaders at different stages of their ministry journey.
Whether you have discerned your calling, or you are a lay person serving in church, a pastor in training, or leading a ministry, we have events and resources to support you.
You will learn from pastors who have experience and expertise in practical skills for ministry that are relevant and effective in today's context. You can also connect with mentors, spiritual directors, coaches, and counsellors who can guide you and support you. Our resources include videos and articles that cover practical ministry and leadership topics from a theological, missional, kingdom and practical perspective.
The Develop pathway is more than just a training program – it is a community of leaders who are committed to growing together in God's kingdom.
