I am an organizational leader.
What support is available for pastors and leaders in our group?
As pastors, you know the joys and challenges of leading God's people in a changing world. You also know the importance of having support from others who understand your calling and context. That's why we created the Support pathway, a network of services and resources designed to help you thrive in ministry.
Whether you need a mentor, a coach, a counsellor, or a spiritual director, you can connect with experienced pastors who will walk with you on your journey. You can also access videos and articles that offer practical insights and guidance on various aspects of pastoral leadership and ecclesiology in the Canadian context. These resources are based on sound research and feedback from pastors and lay leaders like you. In addition, you can join events and group experiences that foster prayer, learning, and collaboration among pastors.
Our Support pathway is not just a program, but a community of kingdom-minded leaders who share a common vision and mission. We invite you to explore the ways in which we can support you in your ministry.
