Identify
Tyndale Centre for Pastoral Imagination
I feel called to ministry.
How can I discern the specifics?
I know I have a calling to ministry.
I need help identifying how to live it out.
I am an organizational leader.
How can I be equipped to help others discern their calling?
If you are interested in exploring your calling and ministry potential, our Identify pathway is for you.Through events and interactive group experiences like discernment workshops and retreats, you will have the opportunity to connect with pastors and practitioners who can provide guidance as you discover your next steps in ministry.
Our Identify pathway is based on research into personality, giftings, and pastoral leadership principles that are specific to the Canadian ministry context. It will also equip leaders of organizations to help people discern their calling and identify specific ways to live out that calling.
The goal of the Identify pathway is not just to help you find a job – it is to journey with you in clarifying and identifying your life’s purpose.
