Even in the Internet age, books are still one of your most important resources for effective research!
You can use the library catalogue to search for materials related to your topic. However, if you don't know where to begin Dr. Neufeldt-Fast (through the MTS modular program) has developed a number of online Reading Rooms. These Reading Rooms contain extensive bibliographies, most items in which are linked to Google Books previews where you are able to read all or most of a text online. The resources found in these Reading Rooms can steer you in the right direction to print holdings available at the J. William Horsey Library and elsewhere.
- Biblical Interpretation and Application
- Old Testament
- Genesis
- New Testament
- Gospel of Luke
- Ephesians
- Philippians
You can also download a New Testament bibliography (PDF) developed by Dr. Ian Scott.
Don't forget that the Tyndale library reference staff are available to help you find what you are looking for!
Other important e-resources you can find through the library include:
- The New Catholic Encyclopedia, Encyclopedia Judaica, and Brill Encyclopedia of Religion in the Gale Online Reference Library (under Religion, via “Find e-Resources” portal).
- The helpful new Oxford Biblical Studies Online and Oxford Bibliographies Online (available via “Find e-Resources” portal).
