Over 400 guests filled the Tyndale Chapel on April 12 for the eighth annual Spring in the Chapel, an Easter benefit concert for Tyndale students.

The music, which took guests on a journey towards Easter through a special worship experience, was directed by Dr. Melissa Davis, and featured the Tyndale Community Choir, the TCC Band, the Tyndale Singers, Dr. Joy Lee, Jalesa Walkes and Saj McKenley. Also featured were Dr. Ken Michell (Chair, Department of Music), the Tyndale Band, Jazz Combo, and Guitar Ensemble.

More than $20,000 was raised for Tyndale student financial aid and the Tyndale Music Fund thanks to our generous sponsor – ScotiaMcLeod’s Alan Kan Portfolio Management Team, which sponsored the concert – plus ticket sales and donations. Prior to the concert, Tyndale Alumni were also able to enjoy lunch, supported by Deeks Insurance.
