About Clarke Kennedy
Clarke creates a warm and empathetic environment for clients to set goals, feel heard and process their emotions. Through his past roles as a community youth worker and teaching assistant, he has acquired a passion for encouraging people to identify and develop their strengths. Clarke is available to meet with individuals and families and he is interested in helping people work through issues with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, addiction, loneliness, life transitions, family problems, academic concerns, grief, self-awareness, personal development, trauma, OCD, faith, and identity formation. Using an integrative approach, Clarke utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, trauma-informed and mindfulness techniques. In his free time, Clarke loves being outdoors and enjoys hiking, taking wildlife photographs and travelling.
