Associate and Regular Membership
Training Requirements
- Graduated from a degree program at Tyndale Seminary or an Association of Theological Schools (ATS) accredited school
- Received training as a Spiritual Director in a recognized program or received Certified Spiritual Director (CSD) designation
Document Requirements
- Photocopy of the degree in theological training
- Photocopy of certificate or diploma in Spiritual Direction training
Friends of Association Membership
Training Requirements
- Theological and Spiritual Direction training
- Involved in Vocational Ministry who practice Spiritual Direction
- Desires connections with TASD
Membership Application
- The Executive Committee reviews and approves all applications
- Accepted applicants receive a TASD Membership Number and Application Fee receipt
- Cheques are void for declined applicants

- Regular: Tyndale Graduated Practicing Spiritual Director ($60)
- Associate: Non-Tyndale Graduated Practicing Spiritual Director ($60)
- Tyndale Internship Graduate: First Year Following Tyndale Internship ($35)
- Student: With proof of Academic enrollment ($35)
- Student: Tyndale Internship (Free)
- Membership Renewal Annually
TASD Membership Details
- Connecting to share spiritual direction ideas, resources, upcoming events and programs
- Developing ways of creating awareness of the ministry of spiritual direction in the church
- Discounted fees and bursary assistance for organized TASD events
- Facilitating the connection between people seeking direction and spiritual directors
- Networking, mutual support and formation of individual and group supervision for members and those graduating from the Spiritual Direction Internship program
- Providing Opportunities for Professional Development
- Membership renewal annually
Associate Members enjoy the same benefits as Regular Members, with the exception of serving on the Executive Committee. All members subscribe to the Tyndale Statement of Faith
