"The interaction was great and interactive. I learned a lot from sharing my story and applying the knowledge from the IDI assessment to assess where I am personally."

- One-on-one debrief and coaching session (40 – 60 minutes online)
- Individual Profile Report and customized development plan for next steps.
Training and Workshops
Workshops
Each Module represents a full day training session (6 hours) but can be divided into two shorter sessions if preferred. Some pre and post-seminar activities may be provided to foster deeper learning.
Topics
- Module #1 - Cultivating Cultural Awareness
- Module #2 - Intercultural Communication
- Module #3 - Intercultural Conflict
- Module #4 - Intercultural Leadership
Practice Lab
This online forum uses an action-based learning and knowledge sharing approach. Cohorts are assembled based on your common stage of development on the IDI. The sessions are designed to give you the chance to practice, reflect and learn from case scenarios and from real-life examples from your other classmates.
Executive and Team Coaching
Leaders and Diversity Committees are often tasked with navigating difficult situations involving oppressive practices, marginalized groups, and cultural blindspots or misunderstandings. We walk alongside these leaders to help them address these concerns before they spiral out of control and to implement solutions that bring long term transformation.
Keynotes and Guest Lectures
Keynotes and guest lectures are an effective way to introduce intercultural dynamics and how it might apply in your audience's specific context. These keynotes and guest lectures can highlight the value of intercultural competency and spark eflection on issues that may have gone unnoticed or unaddressed.
