We are excited you are interested in living in residence again. The Returning Resident Application is for Tyndale students who are currently living or have lived in residence at Tyndale during Fall and/or Winter semester within the past 2 years and want to continue living in residence the coming academic year.
Tyndale students who would like to stay in residence are required to apply for residence each academic year. A meal plan is mandatory for students staying for Fall and/or Winter semesters.

Tyndale students are required to apply each academic year they want to live in residence. Residency is not guaranteed from academic year to academic year.

Applying for residence is free and can be completed online.
Submit Returning Resident Application
Please note that before your application for residence can be considered, you must first be an accepted Tyndale student.
Residence Deposit
A non-refundable residence deposit of $1000 must be paid within three business days of the student receiving email notification from Tyndale that you have been accepted into residence. This residence deposit will be applied only to your winter term residence fees.
Please do not assume that you have been accepted into residence unless expressly written in an email. Tyndale reserves the right to deny a request of residence without explanation.
