In Written Feedback appointments, rather than meeting with one of our Consultants directly, we will review your document and provide comments on Microsoft Word. This is not a chance for you to drop your paper off and have us edit it for you; instead, we will provide recommendations on structural, grammatical, or citation changes that need to be made and leave the actual changes to you.
Applying for Written Feedback
Written Feedback appointments are offered on an "as needed" basis and are limited to students who cannot complete a one-on-one appointment. To apply for a Written Feedback appointment, you will need to submit the following form and have your request approved by the Learning Specialist.
Other Written Feedback Details
If you are approved for a Written Feedback appointment, you will receive an email setting up an appointment on a designated date. You must then attach your paper as a Microsoft Word document to that appointment by 9:00am ET on that date. Your consultant will return your paper to you with comments by 11:59pm that day. NOTE: Failure to submit your paper on time will result in a strike, as per our Policies and Service Agreement.
Please note that you will need to set up an account with WC Online before your booking can be completed. We recommend registering before you request an appointment to ensure a smooth and timely booking process.
If you would prefer, you can also book yourself for a Teams Video Call with one of our consultants on WC Online.
