We are a faith-based organization dedicated to supporting and strengthening women leaving a trafficking situation. SEEDS provides innovative and transformative services through a residential program with a team of caring and dedicated staff and volunteers in a 4 bed home, operating from 5 Core Values: Balance, Communication, Gratitude, Collaboration, Ownership. We are a non-profit charity that is just opening our first home for women survivors of sex trafficking in the tri-cities area. We want these women to have a place to feel safe and call their own while they heal and develop the skills needed to rewrite their story and be successful in life. We are looking for employees with upstanding Godly character who align with our core values and statement of faith. We strive to maintain a culture where truth and grace can be lived in such a way that our faith shines through and growth is fostered in love
