Winnie Lai

Winnie has passion for and extensive experience working with couple relationships, preparing and/or strengthening marriages and other relationships and has special interest in supporting the well-being of clergy. Winnie conducts seminars and workshops in communities and churches on personal development and teaches Christian education, healthy sexuality and premarital classes at her church. Her extensive training includes: Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma Level I and II, and MBTI Certification for personality types. She has also completed University of Guelph’s Sex Therapy training and has more than 14 years as a certified Marriage Enrichment Retreat facilitator. Winnie is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and provides supervision to other therapists in this field.
