Convocation Ceremony
Tyndale University has a formal convocation ceremony that takes place in May of every year. Details regarding location, specific times and number of guests are sent to graduating students several weeks before their convocation ceremony.
The dates can be found in the Academic Calendar or on the Academic Dates page.
Convocation Chapel
The Convocation Chapel is the last community chapel of the academic year dedicated to our graduating students. It often takes place at the Tyndale Chapel in April before classes end.
The dates can be found in the Academic Calendar or on the Academic Dates page.
Fall Paper Convocation
The Office of the Registrar holds a "paper convocation" for students who are hoping to graduate in the Fall. The conferral date printed on the diploma and on the transcript will be November of each year. Students who apply and are eligible to graduate in the Fall will be able to pick up their diploma from our office after their conferral date.
November graduates have the option of joining the formal convocation ceremony in May of the following year. They can also attend the Convocation Chapel in April.
