The transcript is an official and confidential record containing a student's complete academic history at Tyndale. There are two kinds of copies that can be requested depending on your purpose - official transcript and unofficial transcript.
Rush processing is currently unavailable.
Official transcript copies are often required by institutions, organizations, government, or any other third party that requests a student's academic history. Official copies are only released upon receiving consent from the student through the transcript request form.
Please note that we do not send official transcripts directly to students. If you need a copy of your transcript for personal use, please view the Unofficial Transcript section on this page.
Transcripts will not be released for students with an outstanding account or hold(s) on their record.
How to request an Official Transcript (electronic copies only):

You can easily fill out the form found here. The same form can be found by logging in to flow.tyndale.ca and selecting the Registration: Official Transcript Request form.

Payment for Official Transcripts:
Payment must be received before the request can be processed. All payments are made through the link below. Click the red button and follow these steps:
- Choose “Office of the Registrar” and click “Next”.
- Complete the next page carefully and click “Pay”. Notification will be sent to registration [at] tyndale [dot] ca once the payment is successfully made.

Fees:
- Official transcripts are $10 ($8 for every additional transcript ordered at the same time)
- There is no charge for official transcripts requested to be sent to the Tyndale Admissions Office
- An additional $10 is required for rush requests. A note is posted on this site and the payment site when rush processing is unavailable.

How long does it take to receive my Official Transcript?
It takes 5 - 7 business days for our office to process transcripts.
Can I request that my transcript be held until after degree conferral or until final grades are posted?
Students can indicate on the request form to have their transcript sent out once their degree is conferred. This is for students who have already submitted their application for an upcoming graduation.
Students who require a transcript after recently completing a course must submit the request only after the final grade has been posted. Students are advised to review their Unofficial Transcript on MyTyndale to check their final grades before submitting a transcript request. Depending on the timing of the request, transcripts may or may not yet include a recently completed course's final grade when processed.
Unofficial transcripts are generally for personal use and do not include the signature of the Registrar. Unofficial transcripts are free, and will be sent to students by email.
Obtaining an Unofficial Transcript (electronic copies only):
If you know your Tyndale username and password (recommended):
- Go to mytyndale.ca
- Log-in with your Tyndale username and password
- Go to the Academics tab
- Select the Unofficial Transcript & Final Grades link
- Select View My Unofficial Transcript and download your unofficial transcript copy
