October 16 marked the official installation ceremony of Dr. James E. Pedlar as the new Donald N. and Kathleen G. Bastian Chair of Wesley Studies. Held in Tyndale’s historic Chapel, Dr. Gary Nelson, President of Tyndale Seminary alongside Rev. Lloyd Eyre, Wesley Studies Committee Chair, and Rev. Donald Goertz, Chair of Theology and History at the seminary conducted the Installation and Commissioning. Dr. Dennis Ngien, Professor of Systematic Theology gave a prayer of dedication while the benediction was given by Bishop Donald N. Bastian, Bishop Emeritus of the Free Methodist Church in North America.
