Kevin Mannoia is a key leader in contemporary Holiness and Wesleyan circles. He has served in several significant capacities, including President of the National Association of Evangelicals, Bishop in the Free Methodist Church, and Dean of the School of Theology at Asuza Pacific University. In 2002, he began an initiative which developed into the Wesleyan Holiness Consortium.
