Tyndale Receives Permit to Renovate Inside the Building
Tyndale University College & Seminary is very pleased to announce that the renovation permit Tyndale has been working so hard to get for so many months has been issued by the City of Toronto.
Randy Henderson, Senior VP Finance & Chief Operating Officer, explains, “This permit allows us to proceed with renovations to the existing building including the conversion of the former cafeteria into the central circulation area of the new library, the creation of a new study hall and a new cafeteria, classroom, lounge and office renovations and new plumbing. It is an important step forward in our transition and a real answer to all the prayers.”
Tyndale’s architects and project managers will be working with Eastern Construction to revise the work schedule with the anticipated goal of having all necessary renovations finished by mid-December which would allow Tyndale to start the winter term on the Bayview campus.
Randy thanks everyone, “We are deeply grateful for the prayers and support we have received.”
Please continue to pray -- for safety on the site as activity picks up, for the many logistical matters that will need to be dealt with over the next several months, and for grace with each other as together we partner with God in His ongoing work here at Tyndale.
