In Remembrance of Adam Wood
The Tyndale community send their love and condolences to the family and friends of Adam Wood. Adam, 35, was an alumnus of the Tyndale Venture program (2004) whose life was cut short in the La Loche tragedy on January 22, 2016. He was one of four people who lost their lives during the attack, and several others suffered injuries.
Adam is remembered by his family, friends and Tyndale peers as fun-loving and adventurous, and for his ability to make people laugh. “The Tyndale family were touched by the tragic death of Adam,” says Rob Patterson, Alumni Director at Tyndale. “To all of Adam’s friends and family: you remain in our prayers as you walk the journey of grief towards hope and healing.”
Members of the Tyndale community joined in a fundraising effort to support the Wood family during this difficult time. A total of $34,662 has been raised to help cover travel and funeral expenses.
