Join us for a Brown Bag Lunch Conversation* as we delve into the intricate dynamics of organizational culture and the essential role of belonging, with a special focus on power. This session is designed for Christian leaders who are passionate about fostering inclusive and healthy organizational environments where every individual feels valued and empowered.
In this interactive session, we will begin by revisiting the foundational concepts of organizational culture and belonging shared at the February Conference. We will explore the vision of shared power within a healthy organizational culture, examining its definition, biblical foundations, benefits, and barriers. Through breakout discussions and case studies, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on real-world scenarios, identify implicit barriers to shared power, and brainstorm practical strategies to cultivate a sense of belonging in their own contexts. The session will conclude with a large group discussion, where participants can share their insights and experiences, and collaboratively develop a vision for embodying shared power in their organizations.
