Come and join us—pastors, church leaders, ministers—for a day of looking after your own soul. This will be a day of learning, practicing, and interacting with other leaders. One of the great neglects of church leadership is their own soul. I have actually said this: ‘One of the greatest hinderance to a pastor’s spirituality is their job.’ Come and experience a holy day of holy treatment for your soul!
- Whatever God wants to do through us… God must first .
- My ministry CAN flow out of my spirituality. But my spirituality will NEVER flow OUT of my ministry.
Learning Outcome
- Learn practical strategies for maintaining spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being to sustain long-term ministry effectiveness.
- Understand how our emotional energy and spirituality effect our vocation and serving heart.
- Explore about the concept of Self/ False Self and the role they play in our roles and ambitions and interaction with others.
- Learn prayer patterns and practices for Leaders and developing our core value.
