Event Location: Online - Zoom
Event Type: Tyndale Spiritual Formation Centre
Our stories are a conversation with the Divine, how we tell them becomes a unique contemplative reflection of that sacred relationship.
This module invites participants to engage with their story stopping to notice and sift through seemingly ordinary life moments that subsequently point to spiritually formative growth. We will engage with creative, imaginative, poetic, and illustrative-based writing prompts that shape, focus, and assist us in compiling memories to write our spiritual memoirs.
Learning Outcomes:
- Experience creative ways to recollect, reflect, and record your story.
- Nurture your awareness of God's presence in your life through engagement with the practice of spiritual memoir, poetry, prose and journaling.
- Discover how each formative touch point in your story intertwines with God's greater narrative.
- Gain resources, exercises and tools to enrich the writing of your spiritual journey.
