Biography

As a classroom teacher with TDSB, David has hosted candidates from both national and international teacher preparation programs. He served as Staff Developer within the TDSB and provided workshops in Literacy and Cooperative Learning to several Faculties of Education in Ontario. His love of travel has provided him with opportunities to act as an affiliated instructor with The College of Teacher Education in China (Qingdao). Over his career he was honoured to be recognized as Associate Teacher of the Year, Diamond Jubilee Award recipient for Teaching Excellence and the Provincial Reading Award for Leadership in the field of Literacy.
