CRE is excited to introduce two new team members of CRE; both bring their passion for social innovation with a strong conviction of faith and valuable skillset as we advance the movement of redemptive entrepreneurship through engagements and innovative projects.

Simi Lawoyan., Project Development Lead

Simi's role is to develop CRE projects to accelerate and support the practice of redemptive entrepreneurship.

With her global experiences and currently running a social enterprise in Nigeria, Simi is excited about applying her project development expertise with a redemptive frame. To Simi, being a part of the CRE Team is a convergence of calling and passion, as well as an opportunity to help build a movement of entrepreneurs equipped to "redeem" the marketplace.

Joyce Chang, Associate Community Mobilizer

Joyce's role is to provide operational & technology support by managing data and developing digital tools to connect and facilitate engagement within an ecosystem of redemptive entrepreneurs.

It is a divine connection that Joyce had learned about redemptive entrepreneurship at a mission conference four years ago, which activated her desire to drive social innovation for God's kingdom. In terms of her role at CRE, Joyce expresses her desire: "I love our mission in mobilizing Christian entrepreneurs to be more like Christ through their businesses, and I hope I can help CRE do it as effectively as possible."

With Simi and Joyce on the CRE Team, we anticipate more exciting fruits of our synergy. Stay tuned for new updates
