Step 1 of the Sprint is a 3-day, in-person gathering of participants with coaches and mentors to get leaders started with:
- A deep understanding of the Redemptive Mindset and a critical view of your business through this lens
- A customized transformation plan, preparing you to implement transformation throughout your business
- Support and insight from seasoned mentors, coaches, and spiritual directors
- A like-minded community of faith-driven entrepreneurs
