Introduces students to the international environment of business and provides a comprehensive outline of the functional management issues and operational elements that define international business. The evolving nature of the global economy and the business and social implications for multinational corporations and other organizations will be examined, and students will learn the principles for strategy, organizational structure, finance and control.
