Lorna Dueck uses media to explore how Christian faith is engaged in Canada. Context, with Lorna Dueck; Life beyond the headlines is the weekly TV talk show she hosts Sunday mornings on Global TV. Lorna is also a regular commentary writer on faith and public life in Canada’s leading national newspaper, The Globe and Mail and at CBC.ca She has traveled and reported on many Canadians making a difference in the world. Lorna is a wife and mother to two adult children. She and her husband live in the Toronto area.
Rob believes that a journey to the Holy Land is an “experience”, rather than a “trip”. One of his great loves is to introduce people to new places, languages and experiences. He speak many languages and is a culture sponge. He has years of experience studying and traveling in the Holy Land.
Rob has been serving Christ in Canada and around the world for thirty years. In 1990 Rob was called to serve in East Africa. He moved to Kenya (East Africa) where Rob lectured in leadership and graduate level theological education. In 2000 Rob completed a doctorate focusing on cross-cultural education. He now serves at Tyndale University, College & Seminary in the role as adjunct professor, and director of Church relations and Alumni affairs.
Proposed Itinerary Sample

Today we depart from Toronto on our flights to Tel Aviv. Group seating will be pre-assigned by the airline for our flight. Dinner and complimentary in-flight service will be provided this evening.
Upon arrival at Ben Gurion Airport we are met by our Israeli Tour guide, Shimon Zemer, who will assist us with luggage formalities. Boarding our luxury touring coach we relax and enjoy the short journey to the Mediterranean coastline for our overnight stay.
After our first Israeli breakfast we head north along the ‘Via Maris’ towards Galilee, stopping at the following: Caesarea-The ancient Roman seaport capital of Israel where Pontius Pilate had his base.
After breakfast we begin our day by travelling north to the Upper Galilee, which today includes; Tel Dan, Caesarea Philippi, and Golan Heights
After our Israeli buffet breakfast we drive through the Hula valley south to the Sea of Galilee, where we shall visit; The Mount of Beatitudes, Capernaum, Tabgha, Ginossar, and end with a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee.
Today we journey around the Galilee area visiting: Nazareth, Bet She’an. After Beth She’an we return to Tiberius for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast we will spend our first full day in Jerusalem visiting; Mount of Olives, Garden of Gethsemane, House of Caiaphas, Mount Zion, Upper Room, Old City.
After breakfast we will enjoy a relaxing day with opportunities to shop. Our day of touring will include the following: Davidson Centre, Western Wall Tunnels, Via Dolorosa, Holy Sepulcher Church, City of David.
Our last days in Israel has us beginning our day by visiting Bethlehem, where we shall visit; Manger Square, The Church of the Nativity, Star of Bethlehem, Masada, Qumran, and Shepherd’s Fields.
This morning we depart for home on our flights to Toronto. Lunch and complimentary in-flight service will be provided onboard.
