We believe that God passionately loves children. He has given parents and church a mission to nurture the young ones well in the Kingdom of God. Children are not only our future spiritual warriors but also church of today. They deserve our best attention, resources and effort. As a pastor, a church leader, a Sunday school teacher or a parent, we have to work together to provide the best environment for their spiritual growth and to share with them the love of God 

This course invites learners to explore intercultural learning as an ongoing journey shaped by their experiences, self-reflection, and established relationships. Through personal storytelling and guided activities, participants will examine how they have learned to do something new in their own lives and use that process as a lens for understanding intercultural growth.

Canadian Christian leaders face challenges from a survival mentality to monocultural constraints and the risk of disengagement among second-generation members. They need skills and insights to navigate and lead effectively in diverse and intercultural contexts. 

Spiritual formation is an ongoing journey of drawing closer to God and being shaped into the image of Christ. This program invites participants into a holistic process of transformation, weaving together prayer, self-awareness, and intentional spiritual practices that nurture Christlikeness.

This program is designed for Canadian Christian leaders, aiming to equip white and racialized leaders with the skills and insights necessary to navigate and lead effectively in diverse and intercultural contexts. Targeted at those facing challenges from a survival mentality to monocultural constraints and the risk of disengagement among second-generation members, this module seeks to elevate intercultural humility and competencies and offer insights into the unique Canadian context.
